I had to write to tell you how amazing I feel since your brilliant course. I couldn't express myself on Friday, as I felt my emotions taking over and I left without telling you how pivotal this experience has been for me. 

You are a fabulous teacher, all your careful planning unfolded effortlessly, letting each of us blossom in our own ways. Your choice of each collaborator, each flower and every mouthful of food gave us insight into the beautiful world we could be part of. I feel that I’m on the edge of a fulfilling and nourishing career which I’ve needed for so long. Thank you for helping me have the courage to make this jump.
